This page uses a high-contrast colors to display links. They will appear red and will have dotted borders underneath and above them.:

The About section of the site will display links slightly differently. They will appear centered underneath each subsection, and slightly smaller than normal:

This page uses the acronym tag wherever possible to give define acronyms. It appears as an acronym with a blue underline (in Firefox, this will be accompanied by a dotted black underline) and hovering the cursor over such acronyms will reveal a definition. It will appear in this fashion:

This page conforms to the W3C HTML 4.01 Transitional, CSS, the 508 Standards and WAI Accessibility standards wherevever possible.

Access Keys

This site makes use of the accesskey atribute wherever possible. These keyboard shortcuts can be utilized by pressing the Alt key and another key. With some browsers, you may need to use the Enter (Return) key after using a accesskey combination to acutually load the page.
